LISTEN AND PARTICIPATE IN AN UNIQUE MUSICAL PROGRAM!

Have you ever heard a Theremin? Invented in 1920 by Russian Leon Theremin, this unusual musical instrument is played without touching it. Since the Theremin’s creation, it has been associated with making scary sounds for scary movies. However, the Theremin is also known for playing classical, romantic, experimental pieces and even jazz music.

Join musician Ed Sussman for a recital of period Theremin music and a presentation about its unique history…and then, audience members will be invited to give it a try!

Free admission for members; $5 per person for non members.

No reservations required. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
