Learn about the celebrated architect Paul Revere Williams (1894-1980) and the astonishing number of private residences he designed in La Cañada Flintridge. Williams was the only major African-American architect based in Southern California during a period when people of color were discouraged from entering the profession.

This free lecture will be held outside on the grounds of the historic Lanterman House. Bring a hat and a sweater. Parking in the Lanterman House lot is limited. Street parking is available, but please be careful not to block any private driveways.
